2022/23 Flamenco Class Schedule and Registration

Dear Students

I am happy to announce a new change in the structure of Alma de España Flamenco Dance Company and School.

As of July, 2022, I am stepping down as director of the school and passing on the reigns to my dearest, Amity Skala, who has been my assistant for many years.

Amity has proven herself in so many ways, with her loyalty, her dedication, her love for teaching and her ability to organize. It has been her dream to have her own school and it makes me very proud and excited to see this realized at this time.

Although I will remain as artistic director of Alma de España Flamenco Dance Company, I look forward to continuing my work as a choreographer, teacher and singer for the school officially named Flamenco Victoria.

Reflecting back over the years, I feel so blessed and honoured to have shared flamenco with so many wonderful people both in class and on stage. It warms my heart seeing students to this day, who had started with Alma de España within the past 30 years, still dancing, performing, teaching, or just dancing for the love of it. This is an incredible inspiration for me that has kept me going and I look forward to continuing at Flamenco Victoria in years to come.

Please join me in wishing the best to Amity for a great future as director of Flamenco Victoria.

Most sincerely,

Veronica
